Fees and Payment
Phone Consultation (10-15 min) - free of charge Individual Counseling (50-55 min) - $220 Individual Intake (50-55 min) - $260 Clinical Consultation (50-55 min) - $200 As a Licensed Psychologist, I am insurance eligible for all insurance carriers in Washington State. I am a preferred in-network (IN) provider for First Choice Health and Kaiser PPO. If I am in-network for your insurance plan, your copayments will be due in full at the time of service.
For all the other insurance companies, my clients see me on an out-of-network (OON) basis. If you have OON benefit, your insurance company covers a portion of the cost of therapy. The specific amount of this reimbursement depends on your plan, and your insurer will be able to tell you exactly what this reimbursement would be for outpatient, in-office psychotherapy. I will accept the full fee payment from you at the time of service, and provide you with the statements (superbill) to submit to your insurance companies for direct reimbursement. You can also use your HSA or FSA account for payment.
I highly encourage that you call your insurance company to inquire about your mental health coverage prior to our first meeting. Below are some guidelines or questions in inquiring about your mental health coverage: 1. I would like to learn more about my mental health coverage. 2. Do I need pre-authorization or a referral for mental health services? 3. Do I have a deductible? If yes, how much and how much has already been met? 4. Do I have a co-payment of co-insurance? If yes for either, how much? 5. Is Dr. Lina Pranata in my network? 6. If Dr. Lina Pranata is not in my network, do I have out-of-network (OON) coverage?
I accept credit card/FSA/HSA cards. No show, late cancellations and rescheduling in less than 24-hr will be charged a fee ($150), so please plan accordingly. I am happy to discuss any questions or concerns that you may have regarding fees, insurance, or payment.
